As an offsite DevOps engineer on Wobbledogs, I contributed to bug resolution, system stability, and maintaining smooth development operations, with a particular focus on the Nintendo Switch platform. This role provided hands-on experience in console development, requiring careful attention to performance, platform constraints, and reliable deployment workflows.
Wobbledogs is a sandbox simulation centered around breeding and genetically modifying charming, physics-driven creatures. My work supported both the technical foundation and gameplay systems behind this experience, ensuring that the game’s unpredictable, emergent behavior remained stable and performant. Balancing robustness with the game’s inherently chaotic nature was key, enabling players to freely experiment and shape their own evolving “Wobbledog” ecosystems.
